Mould Making

I specialise in creating durable and precise silicone moulds with jesmonite or fibreglass support cases. These moulds allow for accurate reproductions of original works and can be used to produce multiple casts.

Casting & Finishing

Professional casting and surface finishing in a variety of materials including - metal, jesmonite, plaster and resin (coloured or metal cold cast).

Lost Wax Casting

For those looking to cast in metal, I work closely with trusted foundries to support your work from mould to final casting. This includes:

• Bronze

• Iron

• Aluminium

• Other metals on request

I will guide you through the full lost wax casting process, offering support on both artistic and technical decisions.

Mould Making Workshops

I run Mould Making workshops from my studio at:

London SE8 3DZ

In this workshop, participants are invited to bring a small sculpture or object (reviewed in advance). Together, we’ll create a two-part silicone mould with a jesmonite support case. You’ll learn:

• How to decide parting lines

• Creating registration keys

• Solving common moulding challenges

• Producing a durable, functional mould

You’ll leave with a high-quality mould ready for lost wax casting (bronze, iron, or aluminium) or for reproductions in plaster, Jesmonite, or resin. These moulds are built to last, capable of producing 50+ casts.
